Warranty Options & Limited Warranty Terms
Warranty duration is vehicle-specific. Depending on the vehicle, price range, segment, age, mileage and the terms agreed at sale, X8R MOTORS LIMITED may provide limited warranty cover for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or, on selected vehicles, up to 12 months.

Important: The exact warranty duration, any mileage limit, covered components and exclusions for a specific vehicle will be confirmed in writing before purchase and stated in the relevant sales or warranty documents. Customers should not assume that the same warranty period applies to every vehicle.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Where a limited warranty is provided, standard cover is limited to specified mechanical faults relating to the engine and gearbox only, unless different cover is expressly confirmed in writing for the individual vehicle.
Warranty Exclusions
- Unless confirmed otherwise in writing, all other components are excluded, including wear-and-tear items such as brakes, clutch, tyres, suspension, exhaust, bulbs, batteries, belts, fluids, filters and interior trim.
- Electrical, bodywork, paintwork and aesthetic issues are not covered unless expressly included in the vehicle-specific warranty documents.
- Consequential losses, breakdown recovery, courtesy car or related costs are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing.
Warranty Conditions
- The buyer must notify X8R MOTORS LIMITED promptly upon discovering an issue within the warranty period and any mileage limit stated for that vehicle.
- The company may arrange an inspection to assess the reported issue and whether it falls within the agreed limited warranty cover.
- If a covered fault is confirmed, X8R MOTORS LIMITED will arrange an appropriate repair or resolution in accordance with the vehicle-specific warranty terms.
- No repair should be commissioned under the warranty without prior written authorisation from X8R MOTORS LIMITED.
- Unauthorised repair costs may not be reimbursed under the limited warranty.
- The customer must maintain the vehicle appropriately and must not continue driving where doing so may cause additional damage.
Your statutory rights: Any limited warranty provided is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace, restrict or reduce those rights.
