Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

This vehicle is sold with a limited warranty covering the engine and gearbox only, valid for 6 months or 4,000 miles from the date of sale, whichever comes first.

Warranty Coverage Includes

Mechanical faults relating to the engine and gearbox only.

Warranty Exclusions

• All other components, including wear-and-tear items such as brakes, clutch, tyres, suspension, exhaust, bulbs, batteries, belts, fluids, filters and interior trim, are not covered.
• Electrical, bodywork, paintwork and aesthetic issues are not covered.
• Consequential losses, breakdown recovery, courtesy car or related costs are excluded.

Warranty Conditions

1. The buyer must inform X8R MOTORS LIMITED immediately upon discovering an issue within the warranty period.
2. The company will arrange an inspection to assess the reported issue.
3. If a covered fault is confirmed, the faulty part will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. No cash alternative is offered.
4. Repair times depend on parts availability and workshop scheduling and cannot be guaranteed.
5. No courtesy car is provided during inspection or repair.
6. The warranty becomes void if a vehicle has been tampered with, modified, misused or repaired by an unauthorised mechanic without prior written approval from X8R MOTORS LIMITED.

This warranty is provided as a goodwill gesture and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
